Note: To sign up for natural gas or LPG, you must also have your electricity supply with Mercury (dual fuel).  Mercury also offers broadband and mobile services to customers who have a Mercury energy account.

Support for Medically Dependent Customers (MDCs)

Contact Mercury immediately if someone in the household for reasons of age, health or disability would be at risk if power were disconnected from the property. Their team can support you through registering as a Medically Dependent Consumer.

If you rely on electricity for medical or health needs, it’s important you have an Emergency Response Plan in place.

Make sure you are familiar with your plan and have alternative arrangements ready in case of a power outage or emergency.
