We can:

  • Set up a payment plan that fits your budget.
  • Help with repayment options if you have an overdue balance.
  • Review your plan and suggest improvements if needed.
  • Make sure you won’t be disconnected if you’re on a plan and making agreed payments.

We can also connect you with free financial mentoring and community organisations that can help with budgeting, planning, and other household challenges. With your permission, we’ll refer you and give you time to work with them, without the risk of disconnection while you’re engaging in support.

We’ll work with you and your support provider to help you stay on track.
